This book is a personal reflection and a pro-active how-to-guide that can help you make your home safer, and can perhaps help you minimize your loss in the event of a disaster. With the help of my family of fire-fighters, I’ll take you room by room, in the typical home, and provide ways of preventing fires, protecting and insuring belongings, and assisting you in the development of a plan of action in case of fire.
